Jim Wyse
Jim Wyse joined the Fulton County Economic Development Corporation in April of 2025 as Executive Director. Jim began his professional journey as an insurance agent specializing in employee benefits before transitioning into public service. His twelve-year tenure as the Mayor of Archbold was marked by strong leadership and dedication to community development. In recognition of his contributions to economic growth, he was honored as the 2008 Archbold Citizen of the Year.
Beyond public office, Jim served as a Regional Manager for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC), gaining valuable experience in workforce-related initiatives. More recently, he played a pivotal role as the Economic Development Coordinator for Archbold and as the Director of Strategic Networks at the Regional Growth Partnership (RGP). In these roles, he worked closely with local leaders across the RGP’s 17-county territory, strengthening regional economic collaboration and business expansion efforts.
Jim’s dedication to public service and economic progress has been widely recognized, most recently with the 2024 Excellence in Public Service Award from Fulton County. His leadership and strategic vision make him an excellent choice to lead the FCEDC into its next chapter of growth and prosperity.
Jim and his wife, Janet, reside in Archbold. They are proud parents of four adult children and grandparents to nine grandchildren.

Kelly Kohv
Economic Development Specialist
Kelly graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Urban and Regional Studies, earning University Honors and Academic Excellence recognition. During her time at Michigan, she worked actively with Urban Neighborhood Initiatives and community organizations in Detroit, where she developed a strong passion for community development.
Originally pursuing a different career path, she became increasingly interested in understanding how community changes occur and how federal, state, and local resources can be used to strengthen communities. That experience inspired her to focus on helping communities access resources and position themselves for long-term success.
A Metro Detroit native and lifelong fan of the Lions, Pistons, Tigers, and Red Wings, she relocated to Northwest Ohio in 2017. That same year, she joined the Fulton County Economic Development Corporation, where she is dedicated to helping local businesses connect, network, grow, and succeed. She and her husband, Marty, have two daughters and a very spoiled puppy.

Evan Bon
Economic Development Specialist
Evan Bon joined the Fulton County Economic Development Corporation in September 2025 as an Economic Development Specialist. Originally from the greater Cleveland area, Evan earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from the University of Toledo, graduating with Honors. He also completed a minor in Data Analytics and a certificate in Public Economics, giving him a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, public policy, and applied research.
During his academic career, Evan gained valuable hands-on experience through internships at Carver Financial Services and inSITE Advisory Group. At Carver, he supported the company’s transition to a new Customer Relationship Management system, which improved internal operations and enhanced client engagement. At inSITE, he was introduced to Business Retention and Expansion strategies, GIS mapping, and Economic Impact Analysis. These tools help communities identify opportunities, support local businesses, and plan for sustainable growth.
Evan brings a thoughtful, data-informed approach to economic development in Fulton County. His academic training and practical experience allow him to contribute meaningfully to business expansion, workforce development, and regional collaboration. He works closely with local leaders, business owners, and community stakeholders to advance strategic goals and promote long-term economic vitality throughout the region.
