Evan Bon

Associate Director

Evan Bon joined the Fulton County Economic Development Corporation in September 2025. Originally from the greater Cleveland area, he holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Toledo, graduating with Honors. He also completed a minor in Data Analytics and a certificate in Public Economics, strengthening his skills in quantitative analysis, public policy, and applied research.

His blend of academic training and practical experience allows him to contribute meaningfully to business expansion, workforce development, and regional collaboration. He works closely with local leaders, business owners, and community partners to advance strategic initiatives and promote long-term economic vitality throughout the region.

Kelly Kohv

Kelly Kohv

Economic Development Specialist

Kelly graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Urban and Regional Studies, earning University Honors and Academic Excellence recognition. During her time at Michigan, she worked actively with Urban Neighborhood Initiatives and community organizations in Detroit, where she developed a strong passion for community development.

Originally pursuing a different career path, she became increasingly interested in understanding how community changes occur and how federal, state, and local resources can be used to strengthen communities. That experience inspired her to focus on helping communities access resources and position themselves for long-term success.

A Metro Detroit native and lifelong fan of the Lions, Pistons, Tigers, and Red Wings, she relocated to Northwest Ohio in 2017. That same year, she joined the Fulton County Economic Development Corporation, where she is dedicated to helping local businesses connect, network, grow, and succeed. She and her husband, Marty, have two daughters and a very spoiled puppy.
