Fulton Leadership University is recruiting our next generation of leaders.
Fulton Leadership University (FLU) is now accepting applications for its next cohort of rising leaders. This dynamic 9-month program offers high-impact leadership training for just $1,000 — an exceptional value for professional development that lasts a lifetime.
Participants will attend one full-day class each month, beginning in September 2025, with instruction led by experienced professionals and regional experts in leadership, management, and organizational growth.
Who Should Attend Fulton Leadership University (FLU)?
FLU is foundational training designed to develop:
- Emerging leaders with limited leadership experience or formal training.
- High-potential employees who are not yet in leadership roles but have been identified as future leaders.
Fulton Leadership University (FLU) Details
- Class size: 15 to 17 participants
- Schedule: 3rd Tuesday of each month (September 2025 – May 2026)
- Location: Sessions will rotate across various sites throughout the region
- Cost: $1,000 per participant
